Rental Pricing and Payment Procedures
What are the rental prices?

Prices vary depending on the building, floor, and apartment.

What are the payment procedures?

Two deposits are required to secure the rental, which will be returned to the tenant at the end of the contract.

Lease Agreement and Requirements
What are the requirements for signing the lease agreement?

A sufficient income is required, and all necessary documentation must be submitted.

What documents are needed for renting?

a. Tax number (if available)
b. Primary residence address
c. Identity document in PDF format
d. Proof of employment (if unavailable, a guarantor will be needed)
e. Email and contact phone number

What is the duration of the lease?

Lease periods range from 3 months to 1 year.

Is there an option to renew the lease?

Yes.

Inclusions and Amenities
What services are included in the price?

The price includes natural gas (for hot water in the apartment), use of washing machines and dryers, water bill, common area fees, and Internet. The apartment’s electricity bill is excluded.

Are the apartments furnished?

Yes, each apartment is equipped with appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, air conditioner, toaster, kettle, microwave, and espresso coffee maker.

Is temporary rental available?

Rentals start from 3 months.

Are the apartments shared?

No, each apartment is autonomous. Every apartment has its own bathroom, kitchen, and living room. There are shared washing machines, dryers, a lounge, and a rooftop.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is parking at the building located at 83 Trion Ierarchon Street.

How close is public transportation?

All our buildings are close to public transportation, including the metro and electric railway, approximately a 10-minute walk away.

Security and Reporting Procedures
Is the building secure? What security measures are in place?

Yes, the building is high-security with cameras in common areas and entry access via a card and mobile app. We also have security during night hours.

What are the procedures for reporting issues?

How can I request help in emergencies?

By contacting a designated manager.

Deposit and Damages Policies
What are the procedures for the return of the deposit?

Before the tenant leaves the apartment, an appointment is arranged for an inspection. If everything is in good condition, the deposit amount is returned.

What are the policies regarding damages?

For any damages caused by the tenant, the tenant is solely responsible.
